The chair is in very good condition with clean leather, comfortable cushion and only minor signs of use to the seat, mesh and base. The chrome is bright with small, normal surface marks from light use but no major pitting or damage, and the swivel work smoothly. This is ready‑to‑place example rather than restoration project.
