An authentic pair of “Husfadern” armchairs designed by Carl Malmsten and produced by AB O.H. Sjögren, Tranås. This is the Jubileumsmodellen 1988, numbered no. 382 and 385, with stained hardwood frames (visually similar to oak) and the original rose/pink striped wool upholstery. The chairs have a generous, upright silhouette with high wing backs, deep seats, and solid wooden frames – a classic Malmsten design combining comfort with elegant Swedish style. Both chairs have the Carl Malmsten label.

An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Structurally sound, comfortable and ready to use. Original rose/pink striped wool upholstery: no tears, no holes, no major stains. Light, even fading to the fabric consistent with age. A few small surface scratches, marks and signs of use to the wooden frames, in line with vintage age and use. Fully usable as is; can be re-upholstered in the future if desired.
